Risk Disclosure

Please read this carefully before participating. It describes the main risks of the LUNYX ecosystem.

Last updated: 4 October 2026

1. Market risk

Markets move, sometimes sharply and without warning. The value of any allocation can fall as well as rise and you may lose some or all of the capital you allocate. Past results are not a guide to future results.

2. Automated trading

LUNYX Bot operates within defined rules, position limits, protective stops and daily loss limits. These controls reduce risk; they do not remove it. Automated systems can execute losing trades, can be affected by data errors, connectivity or venue outages, and can behave unexpectedly in extreme market conditions.

3. Profit share is not guaranteed

Profit share reflects the results of a period and is distributed monthly. It can be lower than previous periods or zero. No statement on this website, by our team or by anyone introducing you, is a guarantee of profit or return.

4. Community rewards

Direct bonus and level rewards depend on packages activated through your network. They are not fixed income and will vary. You should not allocate capital on the expectation of rewards from others, and you must not promise returns to anyone you introduce.

5. Fees and liquidity

A 5% fee applies to every withdrawal. Profit share can be withdrawn once a month; direct bonus can be withdrawn immediately. Access to funds can be delayed by verification requirements or operational events.

6. Technology and security

The ecosystem relies on software, data feeds and third-party infrastructure. Failures, bugs, cyber-attacks or loss of access to your credentials can cause loss. Protect your account and devices.

7. Regulatory and tax

Rules about digital assets, automated trading and referral-based rewards differ between countries and change over time. You are responsible for confirming that participation is lawful where you live and for your own tax obligations.

8. No advice

LUNYX AI does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Consider your circumstances and seek independent advice if you are unsure. Only allocate what you can afford to lose.
