1. Agreement

By using the LUNYX AI website or participating in the LUNYX ecosystem you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Risk Disclosure and the Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You are responsible for ensuring that participation is lawful where you live. We may require identity verification before activation or withdrawal and may decline or suspend participation at our discretion.

3. Packages, rewards and withdrawals

Allocation packages, direct bonus rates, level rewards and withdrawal rules are described on the Plans page and in thedocumentation. A 5% fee applies to withdrawals. Direct bonus is available immediately; profit share is distributed monthly and is never guaranteed. We may update the structure prospectively with notice on the website.

4. No advice

Nothing on the website is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Market information, charts and signals are provided for information and illustration only. You are responsible for your own decisions.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not misrepresent yourself, the services or the rewards structure to others.
• Do not use the services for unlawful purposes, including money laundering or fraud.
• Do not interfere with, reverse engineer or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Do not make guarantees of profit or return when introducing others to the ecosystem.

6. Intellectual property

The LUNYX AI name, the LX mark, the website and its content are owned by LUNYX AI or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. You may not use them without our written permission, except as needed to use the services.

7. Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or produce any particular result. Automated systems operate within defined rules and limits and can still produce losses.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LUNYX AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or opportunity, arising from the use of the services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached, where required by law, or to protect the ecosystem and its participants. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Changes and governing law

We may amend these Terms by publishing a new version on the website. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to LUNYX AI's place of establishment, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
